i thought i saw you...

i wonder if being away from home for an extended period of time makes you have these hallucinations of seeing your friends while you're out and about... for instance, the other day i was at this store and i could've sworn i saw the same 6'1- 4th- generation- japanese- american- with- the- biggest- head- i've- ever- seen- in- my- life right here in seoul... or maybe he has a twin brother he never knew about. what's even more odd is that he dressed just like scott, was tall and skinny, and had long hair tied up just like scott does... and what's funnier is he was in the women's section of the store picking out fits for the girl he was shopping with... it was eerie...

and that wasn't the only time... there has been several instances where i swore i saw deebo just chillin, walkin around, doing her thing... only to realize it was some other extremely short korean girl with an unnecessary amount of attitude.

i've yet to see a jeff park, just cuz no one is that freakishly tall here... nor do people go eat 7x/day...

there was a time where i thought i saw jay slim, not the current one, but the one i met about 5-6 years ago with the huge hair... made me wanna be like... YOOOO! just to see the dood's reaction.

definitely saw a dan look alike at a pig feet restaurant... seen a million jacqueline look alikes... i even have a student who looks like stephen li... like a 12 year old version of him. it's crazy.

makes you wonder if maybe we're all not-so-distant-relatives... or your parents have some serious secrets goin on... jk. anyway, just a random thing i noticed over the past couple months...
