so for those that don't know, i went down to la this past labor day weekend to 1) see the folks and 2) run the nike 10k human race... it was a pain in the arse trying to cut through the masses of people... felt like a fish swimming upstream for a minute... all in all i finished and i'm glad! did work son! 55 minutes and 05 seconds to be exact...
